Terms in plain English

These terms apply to website plans from Made to Ring, a trading name of Jamie Faulkner. They are for business customers.

Previews

Previews are free. You owe nothing unless you choose to go ahead.

Fees

The setup fee is due when you approve your site. Monthly fees are taken by Direct Debit from the month your site goes live.

Minimum term

Plans run for a 12-month minimum. After that they continue monthly, and either of us can end them with 30 days' written notice.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the words, photos and logos you give us.

Domains

Your domain is registered in your name. If you leave, we'll help you move it.

Leaving

After your first 12 months you can buy the finished website for £250. If you leave without buying it, we'll take it offline and you keep your domain and your content.

Edits

Edits included in your plan don't roll over to the next month.

Results

We work hard to get you found, but no one can promise a Google ranking or a set number of enquiries.
